Our September Scooter & Motorcycle of the Month are none other than the 2023 Vespa Primavera 150 Disney Mickey Mouse Edition and the 2024 Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Aviazione Navale! This iconic collaboration came to be in celebration of the project Disney100, to honor their 100th anniversary. The design was inspired by Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse, who, like Vespa, has been a figure in the lives of many around the world throughout generations. Mickey Mouse’s globally recognized appearance is present through the red, black, and yellow elements on the Primavera. The yellow wheels are inspired by Mickey Mouse’s shoes, and the round black mirrors are the perfect representation of his iconic ears. Throughout the scooter there are design accents of Mickey’s silhouette, as well as his signature that is seen on the seat and front of the scooter. This scooter is perfect for any Disney fan who wants to explore on two-wheels! It is powered by a 150cc engine with electronic and mechanical components that optimize fuel consumption and performance, while emitting a softer noise that is less harsh on the ears than other scooters or motorcycles. Meet the 2024 Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Aviazione Navale. Available in just 1913 units, it is a tribute to the year the air division of the Italian Military Marine was founded, the force to which founders Carlo Guzzi, Giorgio Parodi, and Giovanni Ravelli belonged. The livery is inspired by the F-35B fighter jet, featuring graphics that recall the aircraft, with the Marina insignia on both sides of the fairing, and archetypal jet intake stripes. It also includes a faint reproduction of the tricolor rosette on the sides of the tank, the Aviazione Navale emblem, and the Gruppo Aerei Imbarcati (Carrier-based Aircraft Division) logo. The exclusive series number can be seen etched on the handlebar riser, along with the commemorative plaque. In addition to the historical ties of the V100 Mandello Aviazione Navale, riders will be treated to outstanding comfort and performance that is sure to impress.
