Overview:


Rahal Piaggio is looking for a new team member to fill the role of Sales Associate for our Sales Department. The Sales Associate position is responsible for various parts of the sales process. We are seeking someone with great organizational skills and who is a team player. The ideal candidate has previous sales experience and Motorcycle and or Scooter knowledge.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to sales leads- walk ins, online, and via phone.
  • Maintaining communication with customers throughout the whole sales process
  • Continuous communication with technicians / Piaggio team during sales process
  • Ability to apply knowledge of inventory and products throughout the sales process.
  • Confidently able to do demo and test rides with clients.
  • Comfort and ability to perform cold calls.

Help maintain organization and cleanliness of sales floor and shop.

  • Ability to complete motorcycle deliveries for local clients.
  • This includes loading, transport, and unloading motorcycles.


Requirements:

 

  • Valid local license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Lightspeed experience a plus
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving and research skills
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization skills and self-accountability

Ability to work weekends and evenings for special events as needed.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
